Kuo-Hong Lee (李國宏)

Kuo-Hong’s expertise includes mathematics and statistics. He is in charge of large-scale genome-wide association study (GWAS) analysis, using data mainly from the Taiwan Biobank.

Ping-Yen Yang (楊秉彥)

Ping-Yen’s expertise is epidemiology. He is involved in the long-term care big data analysis using AI technique. The goal of the project is to create predictive models for care needs.

Yong-Sheng Zhuang (莊湧盛)

Yong-Sheng’s expertise is statistics. He is performing gene and environmental interaction analyses for complex diseases using large scale biobank data. He is also investigating the risk factors for frailty and falls using UK Biobank data.

Tsung-En Yang (楊宗恩)

Tsung-En is a computer scientist. He is designing websites of prediction models for complex diseases.

Chia-Chun Liu (劉家君)

Chia-Chun’s expertise is in statistics. She is analyzing the long-term care big data to construct prediction models for care needs and care burden.

Yu-Ping Hsiao (蕭郁平)

Yu-Ping is a computer scientist. She is in charge of the computer systems in our lab and also helping to analyze the long-term care big data.

Hong-Ming Lin (林宏名)

Hong-Ming's expertise is in computer science. He is involved in medical image analyses for disease prediction.

Indra is a computer scientist. He is applying deep learning for electric medical record and medical image analyses.
